DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM DEAD SEA BEAUTY – THIS DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED. I OPENED IT UP – TRIED THE STRAIGHTNER – IT DID NOT WORKK. I WENT TO RETURN THE ITEM (THE DAY I RECEIVED IT IN THE MAIL)
THE COMPANY WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK. THEY SAID I HAD TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER – THEY SAID IT WAS A WARRANTY ISSUE. THEY ALSO SAID I COULD NOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY OPENED.
HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW IF IT WORKS IF I DONT TRY IT?
THE HOT IRON HEATS UP – IT GETS VERY HOT – FOR SOME REASON IT DOES NOT STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR. IT IS NOT A WARRANTY ISSUE.
BOTTOM LINE – DONT BUY THIS STRAIGHTING IRON OR ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY “DEAD SEA BEAUTY” – THEY DONT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS UP -

As another reviewer noted the flat iron did not initially come with the free safety mat/travel bag that was advertised. This was the main reason that I ordered the product from this company vs another site. I emailed the company and had an immediate response. The service representative noted that the matt/bag ships seperately and would come in the mail shortly after the main shipment. I received the mat/bag aproximately 2 working days later. While I was surprised that the two pieces did not ship together, I was very pleased with the great customer service. The product is a gift, so I have not used the product,but two thumbs up fo the service team.

Great product great fast shipping. Although it did not come with the storage heat proof bag worth $25.00 which was a deciding factor with my order.
